Service Description

Needing some time to sit and reflect but don't know where to start? This is an amazing way to jog your memory and creatively output your thoughts and feelings. Bring a work-team to this session or come alone to have some time to yourself and your thoughts. This session is NOT about a finished product but rather the journaling/prompt question, listening to the Spirit, and putting images together to help you remember what you need to and throw away what you don't. It's the process - not the end - that really matters!
