This original artwork is from a series of landscapes called, The Messy Middle. It's based on the story in Matthew 4 where the disciples of Jesus were freaking out about the winds and the waves. Jesus calms the storm, but the lesson he taught was to trust him in the messy middle. He has the power to calm that storm. Trust Him in the middle.
