A Creative Journey

Since arriving on the  Cape Town scene in 2010, Melanie has worked to see, hear, taste and smell this culture. Her art has grown into layers of experience that is birthed into beautiful pieces. She gathers much of her inspiration from personal tales, local surroundings, and her education and experience of beauty around the world.

Melanie thrives on community - that beautiful place of merging lives, telling stories and sharing yourself. It's not alway Pinterest-ready or Instagram worthy, but it's real and raw and art in itself. Her gift of gathering and creating space for others is the art of presence.
